Face-to-face meeting with both the pet parent, pet(s) and in-home pet care specialist prior to scheduling any services. Gives us the opportunity to meet each other, go over care instructions and ask questions.
All dog(s) must be up to date on all vaccinations and provide proof of rabies, distemper & flea/tick treatment

Absolutely! Just provide us with the necessary information such as when the medication should be administered, how much and how often.
Currently, we accept cash, check, Venmo and credit card payments. All payments are due at end of service provided.
If you cancel any “daycare” reservation less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged for this reservation.
If you cancel any “boarding” reservation less than 7 days in advance you will not receive a refund on your deposit.

Our dedicated animal-loving team is insured, bonded, and educated in all aspects of pet care! We are Pet CPR & First Aid certified along with many other certifications
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel any “daycare” reservation less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged for this reservation.
If you cancel any “boarding” reservation less than 7 days in advance you will not receive a refund on your deposit.
Deposit Policy:
All “boarding” reservations require a 50% deposit of the total reservation. This deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your reservation.
General Policies:
A meet and greet is required 5 days prior to any service.
All dog(s) must be up to date on all vaccinations and provide proof of rabies, distemper & flea/tick treatment
All cat(s) must be up to date on all vaccinations and provide proof of rabies, FVRCP & FeLV
All payments are required upon completion of service
Please leave all belongings such as food, treats, medication, leashes, collars, etc somewhere that is easy to access for our in-home pet care specialists.
All dog(s) with electronic fences must wear their collars with fresh batteries
All dog(s) without a fenced yard must be walked on a leash, with no exceptions
Please provide enough food to cover the entire length of time you will be away and provide a food scoop to be used or pre-measured meals.
If we are entering your home through the garage door code or front door code double check all batteries work properly or an alternate entry method if electronic codes do not work for any reason.
If we are entering your home with a house key, leave the lockbox we have discussed outside.
If you have a home security or alarm system, please confirm that the system will not be used when we enter your home. If the system will be on, leave instructions on how to disarm the system on our pre-registration form.
If there are surveillance cameras INSIDE the house please make note of this at the initial meet and greet as we don’t want to obstruct any view.
